If your payment is declined, this is typically due to insufficient funds or an expired card.
First check with your bank to be sure you have sufficient funds and your card is active. If all the details are correct and your payment is still declined and/or if you don’t have another credit card, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into it right away.
If your card is expired or if you can pay with another one, we invite you to add a new credit card that will replace the current one in your Remindee account:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the “plan” icon, in the left side menu
3. Click on the “update card” button
4. Enter your new credit card information and save it
When you get notified that your payment has failed is it important that you update your credit card or contact us as quick as possible so we don’t have to deactivate your account.
